If you are not entirely satisfied with our professional inspection and/or report, as performed under the Standards of Practice as set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Notify your Inspector of the reasons for your request within 7 days of the delivered inspection report and your inspection fee will be returned. Return and full release of the report is required.
The 90 Limited Warranty is yours to keep in any event
The Following is a list of the Covered Items in the Warranty.
Any Item or Component not specifically listed is not covered. Be sure to fully read the Warranty when issued by the Inspector at time of Inspection to understand all the conditions and limitations. This Warranty made is at no additional cost to you.
*Covered Mechanical Components are defined as follows: Under PLUMBING: components covered- water lines,drain lines,faucets, water heaters. Under GAS LINES: components covered - gas lines within the house. Under ELECTRICAL: Components covered- main service panel, wiring. Under BUILT-IN APPLIANCES ONLY: Components covered- range, cook top and oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, trash compactor, garbage disposal. Under CLIMATE CONTROL: components covered- all central heating and air conditioning systems. All Coverage is subject to the exclusions set forth in the contract. Please read carefully. |

Under FRAMEWORK: components covered- floor joists, structural framing. Under ROOFING: Components covered: roof structure, roof covering (limited to repair of leaking area only). Under WALLS components covered: - exterior and/or load bearing walls, interior wall framing. Under GARAGE DOORS: components covered - attached garage doors only. All Coverage is subject to the exclusions set forth in the contract. Please read carefully.
Note: New home construction is under full coverage by the Builder and a 90 day Warranty would not be issued. Homes under construction and/or remodeling would not be issued a warranty.
